Welcome to my curated catalog of self-healing playlists!

Every other Monday is New Music Monday! New playlists or new tracks to playlists are added every other Monday. 

The playlists are divided into different categories listed on this page from the gentlest energy to the most activating energy. Check-in with yourself and your body and determine your energy level, then chose a playlist. Or if you cannot decide, start in the middle and sample a song or two from each playlist and determine what kind of music feels best to your body right now. Enjoy!


Sleep

These playlists are great for sleeping or sound healing. They consist of low or no beat shamanic type music, gongs, singing bowls, solfeggio tones, etc.


Sound Healing

These playlists are sound healing tracks of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, throat singing, solfeggio tones, etc. This is the slowest form of energy medicine. These playlists are excellent for integrating other energy medicine or when the body is experiencing overwhelm.


Chill

These playlists are very chill ambient type tracks. Great for matching a dreamy state, an afternoon nap, or gentle yoga.


Movement

These playlists can be for a dance party, flow yoga or just fun listening.


Activating

These playlists are shamanic type songs. They are for targeted healing and can be intense and activating.
